I work with athletes who care deeply about their sport but find themselves caught in overthinking, perfectionism, and self-imposed pressure. When every performance feels like a test of whether you’re good enough, it becomes harder to trust yourself and enjoy competing.

My approach helps athletes understand the beliefs and expectations behind that pressure. Together, we work on shifting rigid demands—“I have to,” “I must,” “I can’t”—into meaningful desires, realistic expectations, and purposeful actions.
